I guide individuals and couples through embodied work that brings them back into a real relationship with their body, their emotional truth, and their internal stability.

This is where what you already understand mentally begins to shift, not through analysis, but through direct, lived experience in the body.

My work integrates somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and subtle energy practices inspired by Tantra and Kundalini, applied in a grounded, precise, and deeply attuned way to what is actually present within you.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals and couples who are ready for real internal change, not just insight.

Most of my clients are high-functioning, self-aware, and successful in their external lives… but internally, something feels off.

Sessions

Each session is a guided, immersive experience designed around what is actually present in you physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Sessions typically last 3 hours, allowing enough depth for real shifts to happen without rushing the process.

I actively guide you throughout the session helping you move through tension, emotional blocks, disconnection, or internal resistance in a safe, structured, and grounded way.

This is not passive.
This is not performative.
And it is not about pushing.

It is about working precisely with your system, so something real can change.

You are supported before and after each session to ensure integration, clarity, and stability.

There are moments when you no longer feel at home in your own body.

You may look the same on the outside but internally, something feels distant… your softness, your sensuality, your confidence, your natural expression.

This session is not about “fixing” you.

It is about reconnecting you to what is already there but has been suppressed, disconnected, or forgotten.

Through guided practices, you begin to:

Feel your body again, not just think about it.
Release layers of self-judgment and internal tension.
Reconnect with your sensuality in a grounded, non-performative way.
Experience yourself with more honesty, presence, and ease.

This is where your relationship with your body shifts not as an idea, but as a lived experience.

Masculine Embodiment

Grounded Power & Presence – $900

You may be disciplined, driven, and in control externally…But internally, there may be tension, pressure, or a lack of depth in how you feel in your body, your emotions, and your relationships.

This work is not about adding more control.

It is about developing internal stability, clarity, and presence.

Through structured somatic work, you will:

Learn to release tension instead of carrying it.
Increase emotional awareness without losing control.
Stay grounded under pressure.
Build a deeper, more stable form of confidence.
Improve your capacity for connection and intimacy.

Immersion – $1125

A private, extended experience designed for deeper reset and realignment.

This is where we go further.

Through a combination of somatic work, breathwork, emotional processing, and energy-based practices, we work directly with stored stress, unresolved emotional charge, and patterns held in the body.

This immersion allows:

Deeper release of accumulated tension and emotional weight.
Nervous system regulation and reset.
Reconnection with your body and internal rhythm.
Greater clarity, lightness, and grounded presence.

The session adapts in real time meeting your system where it is, without force or overwhelm.

Clients often leave feeling significantly clearer, lighter, and more connected to themselves, with changes that continue to unfold after the session.

Couples Connection & Intimacy – $1800

You may love each other but still feel disconnected. Communication becomes reactive or distant. Physical intimacy may feel inconsistent, pressured, or emotionally flat. Over time, the connection weakens, even if the relationship remains.

This session helps you reconnect, not only through communication, but through the body.

Through guided practices and structured interaction, you will:

Improve communication in a real, embodied way.
Rebuild trust and emotional safety.
Reconnect physically and emotionally.
Experience each other with more presence and awareness.

This is not about fixing the relationship from the outside. It is about changing how you experience each other from within.

Booking & Screening

All sessions are booked by application.

I personally connect with each new client to understand your intentions and ensure alignment with the depth and nature of this work.

If this feels aligned, the next step is a short introductory video call before confirming your session.

To schedule a session:

1 – Video call to discuss your needs and intentions.
2 – Completion of an intake form. ID it’s required.
3 – Share your preferred dates/times.
4 – Secure the booking with a 50% deposit.
5 – Payments accepted via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Wise.
