I’m a visual artist and performer, the Miss Frizzle of Somatic Sex Education, and am passionate about elevating the collective vibration through eroticism, intimacy, pleasure, and play. Offerings
I offer hands-on sensual and nervous system regulating body work and somatic sessions to empower my clients voice and choice. I also offer throat, belly, and pelvic de-armoring experiences but do not center my sessions or immersions around reaching any kind of destination. My work centers around the process of stepping away from the reliance on the mind and thoughts and logic, and to connect with the non-linear wisdom the body possesses. Your body holds all the keys and together we will explore what sweet messages it has to share.
I love to explore the grey areas of life. We often overlook so many things in life that live in the grey areas, which is why it is vast, nuanced, oftentimes neglected, and gives us so much to explore. The slow, vulnerable, and nourishing groundwork provided by breath-work, gentle partner skills and playful partner exercises, partner dance, contact improv, and sensual eating activate our energetic systems and create a framework of safety and trust. Once we have these foundational skills, we can explore and expand our pleasure, our sensations, and our capacity to connect through modalities like sensory deprivation and sensory play, Shabari (the art of Japanese rope tying), conscious kink dynamics, de-armouring work, and limitless other experiences to enhance erotic tension and heighten sensory awareness. Because of these principles, I prefer to work with clients longer term to build and practice the skills and attunement necessary to go really, really deep. This usually includes a mix of virtual coaching sessions, in-person series of sessions, outdoor adventures, and/or retreat-like immersions.

I adore and specialize in couples intimacy and somatic sex education work to reignite or deepen already existing connections. I am also skilled in the tender art of repair and available to be a mediator of difficult conversations to help create clarity, and a potential return to connection through tenderness, heart-centered connection, patience, and love. I also love to serve women and mothers and assist with healing potential birth trauma, sexual shame and trauma, and offer deep womb care and love.
