I specialize in working with men who have achieved excellence in their lives at the expense of their well-being & working with survivors of PTSD, trauma, & early life sexual abuse. My sessions revolve around supporting & guiding my clients to regain their confidence, empowering them & equipping them with skills for nervous system regulation & improved intimate performance.

I give my clients practical tools they can use in their daily lives that can help premature ejaculation, disconnection, & E.D. Beyond the physical I help those I work with to reframe experiences to reduce shame, emotions such as failure, & worthlessness. Modalities such as breath-work & massage help facilitate the movement of stress out of the body.

My goal is to help my clients feel empowered, accepted, seen, heard, & supported in a confidential, safe environment. My clients often experience greater sexual confidence, increased self-esteem, self-acceptance, & an improved connection with their bodies.

Bathing Ritual (Optional: An Epsom salt & essential oil bath to release tension.)

Q: Why is tantric massage different?

A: Tantric massage considers the entire body as sacred, including the pelvic floor. It is commonly accepted in tantric traditions that stress, trauma, & negative emotions are often stored in our sexual creative centers & can be released with prostate & pelvic floor work. Not only can this be a safe way to experience pleasure but it is also deeply relaxing & beneficial.

PROTOCOL

In this tantric practice you are the recipient. There is no two-way touch unless explicitly granted. One-way touch allows you to let go & go deep within. This allows you to drop into “rest & digest,” where deep healing begins. You become able to relax & experience pleasure without performance anxiety or the expectation of pleasing another. There is no sex.

MY WHY

A bodywork practitioner since 2006, most recently I have studied tantric massage & shamanic breath-work, Reiki, & sound healing. I was guided to working with these modalities in order to heal myself. Once I learned how to help myself I could be a way-shower for others.
