Who This Work Is For
You are roughly 25–50, of any gender or relationship status, intellectually curious, self-reflective, and actively questioning how you relate to intimacy, desire, and yourself. Many of my clients are high-functioning in other areas of life but feel unsettled when it comes to their relational or erotic world. You may be single, partnered, or in nontraditional relationships and curious to deepen your understanding of sexuality, kink, or what could be possible relationally.
Clients come to this work after reading extensively, listening to podcasts, or spending years in therapy, and still feeling that something essential hasn’t quite been named. My role is to help you develop a clearer relationship with yourself so that your intimate relationships can become more intentional and alive.

What You Gain From This Work
Working together helps you develop clarity, self-trust, and relational steadiness. Over time, you are better able to your understand their desires without shame, tolerate emotional and erotic intensity without shutting down, and communicate more honestly with partners. Relationships become less reactive and more intentional. Clients often report feeling more grounded in themselves, clearer about what they want, and more capable of engaging intimacy with choice rather than fear.
How I Work
Sessions are talk-based and fully clothed. I do not offer touch or sexual services. Sexuality, kink, BDSM, power dynamics, and erotic questions can be discussed openly, but sessions remain conversational and reflective in nature.
- Individual sessions: 60 minutes
- Sessions are held virtually, with an option for in-person work in NYC
I work in 4-month coaching containers. This allows us the time and space for this work to take root. I also offer single, one-off sessions.

About Me
I believe we all deserve to be erotically free: free to explore as much or as little as we choose, without shame or coercion. I grew up in a conservative environment and understand firsthand how repression, silence, and moral confusion around desire can shape a person’s inner life. My lived experience, alongside years of study, allows me to hold erotic material with steadiness, curiosity, and care.
Training & Professional Background
My work is informed by both academic training and professional practice. I hold a BA in Political Theory, with a focus on the politics of desire, and I am currently completing an MA in Relational Psychology and Philosophy at NYU. I have formal coaching training through the Co-Active Training Institute and have completed Gottman Level 1 training in evidence-based couples work. I am also an RYT-200 yoga instructor. Personally, I have nine years of lived experience in ENM and kink.
Pricing
- Individual coaching: $575/month for a 4-month container or $2,300 paid in full
- Couples coaching: $875/month for a 4-month container or $3,500 paid in full
- Single sessions: $225
All clients complete an intake process to ensure this work is an appropriate fit.
