My work draws from years of experience in embodiment practice, emotional attunement, relational awareness, somatic coaching, mystical studies in Tantra and Taoism, therapeutic modalities including Attachment systems and Internal Family Systems, and conscious erotic exploration. I am impassioned with the ways attention, power, nervous system safety, desire, surrender, and relational presence interact inside the human body and psyche.
