For over a decade, I’ve devoted my life to the healing arts through massage therapy, yoga, Tantra, somatic practice, meditation, and transformational retreat work. My training spans embodied presence, yoga psychology, and somatic coaching — disciplines that have deepened my understanding of how the body holds emotion, how patterns form, and what it actually takes to feel at home in yourself again.

Over the years, one of the greatest gifts this work has shown me is how deeply people flourish when they’re given a space to simply soften, breathe, and be fully themselves.

Every session is thoughtfully personalized to meet you where you are. I have had the privilege of walking alongside people through grief and heartbreak, significant life changes, times of exhaustion, relationship challenges, and seasons of profound change. Whether you’ve been carrying more than anyone realizes, feel disconnected from yourself, or have spent so much time caring for others that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to simply receive, you’re warmly welcome here.

Together, we’ll create a space to reconnect with your body, restore a sense of presence, and gently set down whatever you’ve been carrying. My hope is that you’ll leave feeling more grounded, open, and deeply connected — not only to yourself, but to the people and parts of your life that matter most. When we feel more at home within ourselves, we naturally become more present with our partners, our children, our families, our work, and the world around us.

Ritual Lomi Lomi

Rooted in the heart of traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and expressed through my own ritual style, this experience is designed to nourish the body, calm the nervous system, and awaken the senses.

Each session unfolds as an intuitive flow, weaving together long, continuous strokes, mindful presence, breath, sound, aromatherapy, and therapeutic touch. Using flowing full-body techniques, I create a seamless experience that invites you to soften, reconnect, and simply receive. When the setting allows, warm volcanic stones may also be incorporated to encourage even deeper relaxation.

Every Ritual Lomi Lomi session is thoughtfully personalized, honoring where you are and what your body needs in the moment.

Tantric Journey

More than a session, this is an invitation to return to yourself.

At its heart, Tantra is the practice of presence — of meeting ourselves, our bodies, and one another with awareness, compassion, and curiosity. Through conversation, intention setting, breath, meditation, somatic practices, and therapeutic touch, each journey is thoughtfully personalized to support where you are in this season of life.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, relationship challenges, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, this experience offers a space to be fully seen, deeply cared for, and welcomed exactly as you are. Together, we’ll create an experience that helps you reconnect with your body, cultivate presence, and return to the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten beneath the pace of everyday life.

2-Hour Journey: $700 A deeply personalized experience that creates space to reconnect with yourself through presence, embodied practices, and intentional touch.

Half-Day Journey (approximately 4–5 hours): $1,200 Our half-day journey allows the experience to unfold organically, without feeling rushed. The extended time creates natural space for rest, reflection, and gentle integration between practices — allowing each layer of the experience to settle before we move into the next. We may pause for tea, quiet conversation, or simply stillness, giving the body time to fully receive what has shifted before we continue. This is for those who sense they need more than a single session can hold.

Tantric Goddess Journey

Created exclusively for women.

This journey offers a nurturing space to reconnect with your body, your sensuality, and the wisdom that lives within you.

So many women have learned to disconnect from their bodies through stress, loss, shame, motherhood, caregiving, or the constant demands of everyday life. My passion is helping women rediscover the beauty of slowing down, receiving, and experiencing pleasure as a natural expression of presence, self-love, and vitality.

Each experience is thoughtfully personalized and may include conversation, breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, therapeutic touch, and, when appropriate and mutually agreed upon, yoni massage as a sacred and intentional practice. Rather than focusing solely on sexuality, this work invites a deeper relationship with your body — cultivating trust, confidence, emotional release, and the freedom to experience greater aliveness from within.

2 Hours: $400

Couples Connection Journey

Relationships move through seasons. Sometimes we’re longing to find our way back to one another after stress, grief, distance, or the demands of everyday life. Other times, we’re simply looking for a meaningful experience to celebrate the love we’ve already built and deepen the connection we share.

The Couples Connection Journey is a unique opportunity to step outside of your routines and into a space created entirely for the two of you. Through thoughtful conversation, guided practices, breath, therapeutic touch, and embodied connection, we’ll create an experience centered around your intentions — whether that’s healing, communication, intimacy, celebration, or simply spending uninterrupted time together.

One of the greatest privileges of this work has been witnessing couples soften in one another’s presence. I’ve shared in moments of heartfelt laughter, quiet tears, long-awaited conversations, and the simple relief of feeling truly seen and understood. Time and again, couples tell me how safe, comfortable, and genuinely accepted they felt throughout our time together, allowing them to relax into the experience and connect in ways that often feel difficult amidst the pace of everyday life.

No two journeys are ever the same. Together, we’ll create an experience that honors your relationship exactly as it is today while nurturing the connection you’re hoping to grow tomorrow.

Private Retreats For those wishing to go even deeper, I also offer bespoke one- and multi-day couples retreats by inquiry. Together, we’ll create a personalized experience designed around your intentions — whether you’re celebrating your relationship, reconnecting after a difficult season, preparing for marriage, or simply longing to spend meaningful time together. Every retreat is thoughtfully curated to create space for presence, play, intimacy, relaxation, and lasting connection.

Beginning Your Journey

Every journey begins with a brief online connection.

The first step is completing a short intake form, where you’ll have the opportunity to share a little about yourself, your intentions, and any relevant health information. Once I’ve had a chance to review your responses, we’ll schedule a brief Zoom call to get to know one another, answer any questions, and ensure we’re a wonderful fit before planning your experience together.

This simple process creates a sense of ease, trust, and connection before we meet in person — allowing our time together to feel relaxed, intentional, and personalized from the very beginning.

I currently offer private sessions throughout the Kona Coast, traveling to luxury resorts, vacation rentals, and private residences for your convenience.
