A Bit About Me
I’ve been working in holistic wellness since 2003, with education (BA Holistic Healing) in nutrition, lifestyle guidance, Chinese herbal medicine (certified master herbalist), shamanic healing techniques, energetic/emotional healing, meditation, intuitive healing massage, and creative expression.
In 2015, I began this work in sacred sexuality, and my previous work and training very naturally transferred into it, equipping me with the ability to craft experiences of great depth and care for my clients. After working in Neo-Tantra for a year I became curious about classical Tantra (ancient science of mind), which began ongoing study and completed coursework (Yoga Sutras and Recognition Sutras) in classical Tantra (Shaivism) by Christoper Wallis, along with self-study of his work since 2016, and also completed Esther Perel’s 2 year training, Sessions, an integrative psychological approach to sex, intimacy, and relationships.
How My Work Can Support You
Men – I offer you education in how to create and maintain sexual vitality (from a Chinese medical/holistic wellness POV) that will support you with topics of ED and premature ejaculation. I offer you guidance in how to make women happy, and give supportive insights into what she may be needing from you as her partner.
Women – I offer you a very safe container to explore your pleasure, to fully receive and nourish your feminine energy through connection to your sensual and sexual energy. I can offer guidance on topics of sexuality and intimacy with your partner, and how to empower yourself as a guide to your man in these topics of your relationship.
Women and Men – allow me to guide you through a nourishing and relaxing sensual self-care journey through exploration, guidance, and healing touch. Whether you’re simply needing to relax and get needs met within a clear professional container, wanting to receive guidance in sex and intimacy, or you’re needing to do deeper sexual healing work, I am here to offer this to you with compassion and care. I’m here to give you a break from being in control, and offer you an experience of pleasure that is free of the demands and weights that come with the daily grind. We can also explore topics of lack of desire, pain with sex, sexless relationships.
Couples – it’s one of my greatest honors to get to create and guide you through a luscious Neo-Tantra session to deepen your quality of intimacy. I will design a sensual creative pallet of delightful stimulations to enjoy together, guide you through intimacy exercises, and a four-handed massage, including how to give an amazing erotic genital massage (optional, and always working within your boundaries of comfort).
I also offer customized retreat experiences, with optional psychedelic medicines, for established clients.
