I have been practicing tantra for over two decades, both personally and professionally. I am an herbalist, nutritionist, energy work practitioner, scared sexuality coach, practitioner of yoga and tantric massage.

My work focuses on making people feel at home and at ease in their bodies, getting rid of emotional blockages and shame, and becoming more present to the love that we are.
My background in herbal medicine and nutrition allows me to offer herbal or nutritional recommendations during our sessions, and I make my own herbal salves, tinctures and massage oils. My home base is Tucson Arizona. I take sessions there at my cozy studio north of downtown and in Scottsdale. I travel extensively – you can often find me in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, and Boston.

Sexual energy nourishes our bodies, minds, and souls. Becoming conscious of the flow of energy in our bodies can lead us to new experiences, help us live in the present moment, and deepen our capacity for pleasure – helping to heal old wounds and trauma that can dampen our spirits and leave us feeling cut off from our emotions and sexual energy. I have found tantric breath work, and light sensual touch are perfect tools to connect with the inner self.
During our sessions we focus on the present – how does it feel to be alive today, right now? What does it feel like to breathe deeply, to notice the flow of air? How does it feel to think of yourself as sexy and turn yourself on with self love, driven by a desire for pleasure rather than external stimulation? I see my sessions as explorations, as journeys to joy, pleasure, and self love. With the goal of making this sojourn on earth a bit lighter, a bit more fun.
My sessions are 90 minutes, three hours, and 6 hours. My sexual health life coaching sessions are 90 minutes and come in a package of 6 or 8. I offer three, and five day hot spring retreats combining tantra, yoga, deep tissue massage, meditation and hiking in beautiful Truth or Consequences New Mexico. I work with singles, and couples, I am poly friendly, and LGBTQ+ friendly.
In addition to sacred sexuality work I am also a writer, and a former teacher, social worker, and parenting educator. I spent a decade working as an herbalist and massage therapist at a free clinic on the Navajo Nation, serving the Nations Elders. It was my time on the Navajo Nation that taught me the joy that comes from being in service to humanity, and it is that vision that makes me great at what I do, and approach everything with authenticity, joy, presence and vulnerability – always in service.
