We use a “bottom-up approach” by going to the root of the trauma, then re-imprinting your nervous system in real time. Through psycho-somatic approaches, we interrupt the life-long patterns that are living in your subconscious brain and primal body, bringing these exiled pieces of you back home. When these original imprints are given acceptance and held with safety to “complete their cycles” they no longer hold power over you, and all these symptoms that block your desires melt away naturally.

About Ariya
My pathway to this work came through my own healing journey. As a survivor of sexual abuse and religious brainwashing, I grew up hating my body, fearing my sexuality, and feeling disconnected from my pleasure. I thought I was broken and that orgasms weren’t possible for me for 30 years. From eating disorders, to addictions, to chaotic relationships, I repeated the same patterns. Not because that’s what I desired, but because my unresolved trauma and anxious nervous system were secretly running the show. I chased validation externally, while my inner child screamed for my own love.
Meeting my darkness in these rock bottoms aligned me with my mission. I began to heal, regain pleasure, thrive in my partnership, feel inner peace, and restore my truest self. It became clear: I am here to guide others, to show them it’s possible. I am the living, breathing transmission of my coaching. The modalities I use have personally allowed me to reclaim my safety, my orgasms, my worthiness & my power! They have opened my heart to true self-love, fulfilling partnership, and outrageous pleasure. If it was possible for me, it is possible for you, too.

Coaching Packages
My approach integrates somatics, Internal Family Systems (parts work), tantra, and neuroscience. All my coaching packages are custom-tailored, virtual, and available for men, women, and couples. I also support open/non-monogamous relationships.
The minimum package is 13 weeks long with weekly, 90 minute containers, and ongoing support between sessions.
