We begin with a down-to-earth, honest conversation where we explore your intentions, boundaries, and anything you’d like to work through. This is your time to arrive, settle your nervous system, and feel comfortable in the space.

From there, we transition into hands-on, Tantric bodywork. The touch is slow, intentional, and deeply attentive, focused on helping you get out of your head and back into your body. This work supports relaxation, increased body awareness, and a deeper connection to sensation and presence.
