Who I Am

I’m Rhea Rose. I grew up in a house where pleasure wasn’t safe and emotions weren’t okay. By 20, I’d come out as queer, struggled with deep shame, and found myself addicted, numb, and completely disconnected from my body.

By 24, I’d gotten sober intuitively and entered naturopathic medical school. What I found there was rigorous… and incomplete. They were leaving out the nervous system, the spirit, and the erotic.

Near the end of med school, burnt out and hormonally wrecked, I followed my excitement instead of what looked “good.” I stumbled into a sensual awakening workshop at a sober dance festival, and for the first time, I felt pleasure and rightness in a body that had only ever searched for what was wrong.

Over the next three years, I dove deep. I coached women into intuitive sobriety. And I realized: we’re not finding sobriety to simply be sober. We’re finding it to be alive and in our orgasmic bliss. Our birthright.

Now I guide men and women into erotic initiation from a grounded place of erotic sovereignty, with attention to the nervous system and the layers of healing that go deeper than any one-off experience.

What a Session Looks Like

We begin with attunement; eye gazing, connection, dropping into what’s present. Then we track your body and release held emotion through a neuro-emotional technique process. From there: I teach, touch, and we play toward your wholeness.

If touch is part of the session, it is fully consent-based, slow, precise, and responsive to your nervous system. This is somatic coaching and sexological bodywork. It’s not therapy, not medical treatment, not sexual services. This is embodied reclamation.

My touch is non-goal oriented. We let pleasure ride in waves rather than reaching for a specific outcome. Emotions may arise. We meet them with love, release, and return to the body — accessing deeper and deeper states of bliss and healing.

How We Work Together

Single Session — Erotic Initiation Ceremony
2–3 hours in-person | $1,300–$2,500

One session can open something deep. Sacred Spot work (g-spot or prostate) can be added for a 3-hour experience at $2,500. Integration happens at the close of the session, and I follow up by email a few days later.
