I support individuals and couples who are navigating change, loss, or emotional disconnection to reclaim power and cultivate awakened awareness and energy to deepen intimacy with life.
Many come after a breakup, sexual shutdown, or a long period of burnout. Many want to call in an ideal lover(s), become better lovers, attune to their partners more deeply, and explore conscious sensuality or tantric touch in a safe, sacred way. Together, we work to restore clarity, confidence, and intimacy—with yourself and others.
I combine body-based healing with coaching and energy work. Sessions draw from breathwork, somatic tools, astrology, intuitive touch, and nervous system regulation to support your return to vitality and wholeness. My approach is trauma-aware and deeply attuned to your body’s rhythm.
Offerings
All sessions are offered in-person or remote via Zoom, except bodywork.
✦ Sensual, Shamanic + Tantric Bodywork
An intuitive blend of massage, energy healing, and breath. These sessions are ceremonial in nature–I use techniques from Thai, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Cranialsacral Therapy, and Neo-Shamanic energy work to support your body in unwinding stress, releasing emotion, and awakening sensation. I welcome nudity or to undress as you feel comfortable. I encourage you to receive fully–to allow pleasure to liberate life force energy with the support of emotional and spiritual guidance.

Coaching sessions for individuals or couples who want to deepen emotional connection, explore desire, and heal relational wounds. These sessions are for steering you back to your heart center while liberating trauma/blockages and opening to deeper pleasure, aliveness, and bliss. I support you in shifting the way you see and relate so you can create deeper, more nourishing connections with the people who matter most. Talking. Feeling. Connecting. Healing.
- For women: Reconnect with pleasure, intuition, and embodiment. Women’s sacred intimacy guidance supports her in reclaiming her feminine gifts: receiving, reflection, ravenousness, and radiance.
