You can read books about sex, learn techniques, and understand your patterns. But at some point, confidence comes from practice.
In our work, you get to experiment in real time—with flirting, asking for what you want, receiving touch, seduction, or creating the exact scenarios that turn you and your partner(s) on the most.
And you get something that’s hard to find anywhere else: honest feedback from a woman who can tell you when you’re having the desired effect.
That kind of confidence comes from having real experiences you can actually trust.
About Your Sex & Intimacy Coach
I’m a Certified Somatica® Sex & Relationship Coach, with training in conscious kink and power dynamics. My work is also informed by many years of yoga, meditation, tantra, and energy work.
I came to this work through my own reckoning with love, divorce, sexuality, and the parts of my erotic self I had not fully allowed myself to know.
I’m warm and playful, and I’m also direct. I pay attention.
I notice when you disappear into your head and lose contact with me. And I notice the small openings when your instincts begin to emerge—when you stop managing yourself quite so carefully and I can feel the animal underneath begin to come alive.
I love that moment. I’m interested in who you are underneath all that competence, politeness, and control—and what happens when your tenderness and your hunger are allowed into the room.
How We Work Together
Talk-based coaching gives us room to explore desire, relationships, confidence, communication, fantasy, kink, shame, dating and the patterns repeating in your erotic life. This
work is powerful, especially when you need help understanding what you want and finding language for things you’ve never known how to say.
Experiential sessions and immersive mentorships let us play more deeply in real-time practice. Depending on your goals, we might practice flirtation, seduction, sensual touch,
communication, power dynamics, role play, kink skills or educational anatomy. Touch can be two-way.
I work with coaching relationships of various lengths. Most clients wanting deeper change choose to work with me over time, with packages ranging from $3,000–$20,000 depending on the length, frequency and experiential depth of our work. I also offer individual sessions if you want to dip your toes in.
