Somatica® is built on one premise: real erotic change doesn’t happen through insight. It happens through felt experience. Not only talking about desire. Working with how it actually moves, or doesn’t move, through your body.

Over time, clients find what they actually want. Beyond what they think they should want. Desire that was buried starts surfacing. Fantasies that lived only in the dark start feeling speakable. A “no” becomes something you can feel before someone crosses a line, not after. A “yes” becomes something your body means and knows how to receive.

The Work

Sessions are a blend of somatic body-awareness, verbal processing, erotic exploration, and relational practice. No touch required (but possible in in person sessions), no performance expected. Just presence, voice, attention, and what your body already knows.

One client came to the work unable to stay present when her limits were crossed during sexual touch. She’d freeze. Dissociate. Lose herself and lose the moment. We worked on feeling boundaries in the body before they become violations. Owning them. Voicing them without abandoning the situation. A few weeks later, at a play party, tied and playing with a group, genitals she hadn’t invited were pushed toward her face. She pushed them back. Moved toward the people she actually wanted. Stayed in her body. Kept playing. “The only thing I could connect this to,” she told me afterward, “was our work together.”

About Me

I’m an Israeli-born practitioner living in rural Catalonia with my Argentinian wife. I came to this work through my own erotic history. Years of desire, I didn’t know how to carry into a room. The loneliness of passion had nowhere to go but inward. The particular shame of wanting things I hadn’t permitted myself to want.

Before this, I spent a decade as a television writer and documentary filmmaker. I know how the stories we inherit about love, sex, and desire can keep us playing characters we outgrew years ago. And how to find a truer story without losing yourself in the process.

I’m a Somatica Institute®-trained somatic sex and relationship coach, and a certified sexologist (A.B.S 26046). I’ve spent a decade in the world of conscious sexuality. ISTA, Ruiqi level 2, tantra student, tarot reader. I live where the visceral meets the sacred. Both have a place in this work.
