Through somatic coaching and tantric bodywork, I help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and experience intimacy with more presence, confidence, and pleasure. Over time, you learn how to relax into touch, understand your desires, and communicate intimacy in a way that feels natural and empowering.

Through somatic coaching and tantric bodywork, I help you develop practical abilities that improve your intimate lives long after the session ends. My clients learn how to:

My Approach

I work primarily with people who struggle with intimacy confidence, are healing from relational trauma, or who have spent most of their lives in their heads, feel disconnected from their bodies.

Many of my clients are intelligent, successful people who understand themselves psychologically but still feel blocked when it comes to intimacy and pleasure.

This work focuses on helping the body learn new experiences of safety, connection, and pleasure.

What makes my work different is my deep attunement to your nervous system. I pay close attention to what your body is communicating and guide sessions at a pace that allows you to relax, feel safe, and gradually open to deeper sensation and connection.

Sessions & Services

All sessions are collaborative and tailored to your goals. Most sessions last 1–2 hours, with 90 minutes being the most common length.

Embodied Connection Session (Coaching) – $250/hr
These sessions focus on understanding patterns around intimacy, desire, and emotional connection.

A typical session includes:

check-in and discussion of what is currently happening in your life or relationships
grounding or breathwork to help you slow down and become present
exploring the specific challenges you want to work on
experiential exercises that help you notice what is happening in your body
integration and discussion of what you learned during the session

You will leave with clearer insight into your patterns and practical ways to approach intimacy differently.

Somatic Tantric Touch & Tantric Bodywork – $450/hr
These sessions help you reconnect with your body through slow, intentional touch and tantric bodywork.

A typical tantric touch session includes:

check-in and discussion of intentions and boundaries
grounding and breathwork to help you settle into your body
simple tantric rituals and awareness exercises
guided practices to help you feel sensation and presence
somatic tantric touch, energy healing, and tantric bodywork
integration and after-care conversation at the end

The focus is not performance or sexual goals, but helping the body experience safe, nourishing touch and deeper connection to pleasure.

You will find that these sessions help you to relax, trust your body more, and approach intimacy with greater confidence.

To ensure a safe and respectful container, I require a screening process before booking sessions.

New clients are asked to:

complete a short intake form describing their goals
provide a recent photo
schedule a brief consultation call

This helps ensure that we are a good fit and allows us to create clear expectations for working together.
