Through somatic coaching and tantric bodywork, I help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and experience intimacy with more presence, confidence, and pleasure. Over time, you learn how to relax into touch, understand your desires, communicate more openly, and become a more present and connected lover.

Who I Help

Many people want deeper intimacy and better sex, yet find themselves stuck in their heads during the very moments they most want to feel. They overthink, monitor themselves, feel disconnected from their bodies, or struggle to relax and receive touch.

Others long for closeness but aren’t quite sure how to express their desires, communicate a boundary without creating distance, or stay present when intimacy brings up vulnerability.

My work is for people who want to change those patterns in a real, lasting way.

I especially enjoy working with people who:

spend much of their lives thinking, achieving, or taking care of others and have difficulty letting go
feel disconnected from their bodies or desires
experience anxiety, self-consciousness, or performance pressure during intimacy
are healing from relational wounds that make trust or vulnerability difficult

My Approach

Many of my clients are intelligent, successful, self-aware people who understand themselves psychologically but still feel blocked when it comes to intimacy and pleasure.

Knowing why something happens isn’t always enough to change what happens in the moment. That’s why we work experientially. We slow things down enough for you to notice what’s actually happening in your breath, in your thoughts, in your nervous system, your emotions, and your body. From there, we can explore new ways of responding rather than automatically falling into familiar patterns.

Depending on what we’re working on, I may incorporate breathwork, mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, body and arousal awareness, pelvic-floor awareness, sensate-focus practices, communication coaching, and personalized solo or partnered practices between sessions.

What makes my work different is my deep attunement to you. You don’t have to perform for me. You don’t need to impress me, know the right answer, or arrive already comfortable with your sexuality. I create a container where you are invited to show up fully as yourself… including the uncertainty, vulnerability, desires, fears, and parts of yourself you may not often let other people see.

Over time, clients develop the ability to:

stay present in their bodies instead of disappearing into their thoughts
relax more deeply into giving and receiving touch
recognize and regulate their own arousal
understand what they desire and communicate it
recognize and lovingly express boundaries
experience sexuality with less shame and more curiosity
remain emotionally connected during vulnerable moments
bring greater confidence, presence, and awareness into partnered intimacy

When appropriate, this work can also include your partner. Bringing what you’ve discovered about yourself into partnered experiences allows you to practice communication, pacing, boundaries, pleasure, and connection together.

Sessions & Services

All sessions are collaborative and tailored to your goals. Most sessions last 1–2 hours, with 90 minutes being the most common length.

Embodied Connection Coaching – $275/hr

Sometimes you understand the pattern perfectly and still can’t seem to change it when intimacy actually happens. Embodied Connection Coaching gives us a place to work with the pattern as something you experience, not simply something that happens. We begin by exploring what you want to change and what currently happens when you encounter intimacy, vulnerability, desire, or arousal. From there, we’ll use experiential practices to help you recognize what’s happening in your body and develop new ways of responding.

Depending on your goals, our work may include breathwork, body and arousal awareness, nervous-system and arousal regulation, pelvic-floor awareness, mindfulness, sensate-focus exercises, communication coaching, and personalized solo or partnered practices.

For men, this can also include specialized support around ejaculation control, erectile confidence, and the performance anxiety that can accompany PE or ED. Rather than focusing solely on techniques for lasting longer or maintaining an erection, we explore the larger experience of arousal. I help you learn to recognize your body’s signals, regulate intensity, remain present, and stay connected with your partner.

Whatever brings you here, the goal isn’t to become better at performing intimacy. It’s to become better at experiencing it.

Somatic Tantric Touch – $500/hr

These sessions invite you to experience intimacy without performing.

We begin with a check-in around intentions and boundaries, followed by grounding, breathwork, tantric ritual, and practices that invite you more fully into sensation and presence. From there, the session may include somatic tantric touch, energy healing, and tantric bodywork before ending with integration and after-care.

There is nothing your body has to accomplish here. The invitation is to slow down, receive, notice, and discover what becomes possible when you allow yourself to be fully present. These sessions can help you relax, trust your body more deeply, reconnect with pleasure, and experience the power of being met with presence and attunement.
