We live in a culture where we are bombarded with many distorted ideas and visuals about sex and how sex should be. With so much around, it is challenging to hear our own voice, to understand what we really want, to be clear about our boundaries and to be able to communicate with others.

We are all trying to figure out what is healthy sexuality and how to be kind to ourselves and others. We are all trying to do our best.

Yet, so many of us carry residue of sexual wounds or traumas. Most of us have never learned how to listen to our body and translate our feelings, needs and desires into clarity and communication.

Whatever your journey is, I am here to help!

In our work together I will guide you how to bring awareness, trust and value to your authentic desires and needs and how to communicate with others. Sex and intimacy can be a source of empowerment, authenticity, and deep meaning in your life.

The sessions I offer are suitable for a range of clients who wish to improve their intimacy and sexual experience. Even the complexity of trauma or abuse can resolve into authentic sexuality.

Each session is unique and tailored to your needs. It is a personal discovery process rather than a formula that fits all.

It may include verbal communication and a somatic activity such as conscious touch, movement, and breath. I will guide you to listen and trust your physical and emotional intuition and to identify and communicate what you want and need in intimacy.

About myself

I am an expert in the field of intimacy and sexuality. I have 25 years of experience helping clients and researching the themes of sexuality, intimacy, and relationships on a personal and cultural level.

I am a Core Energetic Therapist, Sex Coach & Educator, Energy Healer and Sexological Bodyworker.

I am compassionate, intuitive and committed about my work.

My intention is to support and guide you with clarity and an open heart to heal past wounds and to discover your unique sexual heartbeat.

I welcome all genders, singles, and couples of all sexual identities and orientations.

Sessions fees:

Online session 1 hour- $120

Online session 1.5 hours- $170

In-Person session 2 hours- $280

In-Person session 3 hours- $400

There will be no nudity or sexual contact.

Advanced work may be available for advanced practitioners.
