About Me: Why I Do This Work

I work with men and women, especially parents ages 25–55, who are creative, sensitive, and adventurous at heart but have never felt fully supported. Many of my clients grew up in strict, religious, or academically rigorous households where emotions and sexuality were repressed. They often tell me they haven’t felt seen, supported, or heard for most of their lives. I believe blocks to intimacy start with transgenerationally embodied sexual shame. Releasing these blocks frees one up to truly connect to themselves in a deep way which then allows them to connect with others.

I myself grew up carrying many belief systems about the sacrificial woman who lives for others instead of for herself and her own desires. Ultimately this leaves a fraction of a person left to give to the world and a potential of a person who lives resentful and angry of deepest desires unmet. My heart is opened by seeing woman and men connect to the deepest part of who they are, their innate essence, their inner spark, their connection to their spirit and love of their vessel, their bodies. There is nothing more beautiful than the human form and the allowance of that spirit to comfortably dwell within it.

Your spark needs igniting and you know it deeply. You know your potential to live life to the fullest, but you are not living it…yet. You want to feel alive again and/or to finally find the love you deserve.

I know how heavy it feels to carry those patterns into adulthood anger, resentment, disconnection, shame. My passion is reignite hearts and bodies so that they can experience intimacy that feels real, safe, and exciting again.
