My name is Sola Cura ~ I am a trained Tantrika, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and bodyworker. I lived and studied in India where I got certified in Ayurveda.
My touch is grounding, sensual, innate + playful. I hybridize my skill set of Ayurveda + Tantra into my sessions.
I focus on rhythmical oiling with organic herbal body oil, breathwork, marma point therapy, play, and sacred release. Book a session with me as we dive into ecstatic bliss. Aligning our breath, root chakra, intention, + willingness.

As a certified bodyworker my intention is to work through the bodily system, move through the stagnation, unlock blockages, and soften/ encourage the bodies innate flow.
