My name is Sola Cura ~ I am a trained Tantrika, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and bodyworker. I lived and studied in India where I got certified in Ayurveda.
My touch is grounding, sensual, innate + playful. I hybridize my skill set of Ayurveda + Tantra into my sessions.

As a certified bodyworker my intention is to work through the bodily system, move through the stagnation, unlock blockages, and soften/ encourage the bodies innate flow.
The scope of my healing services and offerings entail: Tantric Bodywork, Tantra Ties, Ayurvedic Abhyanga Oil Massage, Muka Abhyanga (head, neck, nose massage), Nasya, cranial sacral, and breathwork.
