Intro

You may be craving something that is difficult to name, a deeper exhale, more aliveness in your body, meaningful touch, or a place where you don’t have to perform or hold everything together.

Perhaps you’ve become disconnected from sensation, intimacy, or your own desires, or you’re curious about exploring parts of yourself that haven’t felt safe to express. You may be seeking more than relaxation: a space to be fully witnessed, to soften your defenses, reconnect with your body, and discover what becomes possible when you feel genuinely held. You’re ready for an experience that honors both your tenderness and your power, and invites you into deeper presence with yourself.

You begin to recognize that pleasure, safety, and connection can be cultivated from within. You may find yourself asking for what you actually want with greater clarity, confidence, and ease, and noticing your boundaries as something to honor rather than negotiate away.

Instead of reaching outside yourself for validation, stimulation, or permission to feel, you become more curious about what your own body is communicating. You may slow down enough to notice subtle sensations, desires, and emotions that once went unheard.

You leave with a deeper capacity to receive, to communicate, to choose, and to inhabit your body fully—bringing more presence, play, and authenticity into your relationships and everyday life.

The Sessions

Your first meeting is a 30-minute Zoom consultation where we get to know one another, explore what is bringing you to this work, and discuss your intentions, boundaries, desires, and any questions you may have. If we feel aligned, we’ll create a plan for your in-person session together.

The session itself begins slowly, with grounding, breath, and embodied awareness before unfolding into the touch, movement, energy work, and somatic exploration that feels right for you. With two practitioners present, the experience may move between stillness, witnessing, touch, and guided exploration. We continually attune to your nervous system and consent. We close gradually, allowing time for integration and reflection.

Boundaries

Consent is the foundation of our work, not a formality, but an ongoing conversation. Before and throughout every session, we establish clear boundaries around touch, clothing or nudity, intimacy, sensation, and power dynamics, and those boundaries can be changed at any time. We never assume consent based on a previous session, a client’s desires, or the presence of arousal.

Our work may include therapeutic touch, sensual embodiment, energy work, conscious power exchange, and other somatic practices when explicitly agreed upon. Clients remain fully autonomous throughout. No sexual acts or exchanges are implied, expected, or owed. Your “yes,” “no,” “not yet,” and “I’ve changed my mind” are equally welcome.

About the Somatic Alchemists

Dr. Seva‘s years of working with nervous systems, power, energy, and conscious intimacy allow her to recognize the patterns that can live beneath the surface.

Cadence brings a deeply embodied relationship with touch, movement, sensuality, and the art of helping someone soften enough to truly receive.

Together, we understand that every body has its own language and pace. We’re here for the person who wants to explore that language, not be told what their experience should be. Our role is to listen closely, create safety for discovery, and help you trust your own embodied knowing.

Our screening process is an intentional part of creating a safe and respectful container for everyone involved. If we’re a good fit, we’ll discuss next steps and thoughtfully create your session together.

You do not have to arrive knowing exactly what you need. All parts of you are welcome here. Your session may unfold through touch and bodywork, energy healing, emotional exploration, inner-child work, movement, breath, stillness, or simply being deeply witnessed and held. We follow what is alive in you rather than forcing the experience into a predetermined shape.

We may work with the nervous system to gently expand your capacity for receiving, connection, and embodied intimacy.

There is no single way this experience needs to look. We meet you where you are and allow the session to become what your body, heart, and nervous system are asking for.
