What I Offer
We meet in nature—yes, real Earth. Think hikes, riverbeds, soft moss, trees as witnesses. We find a secluded spot, lay down a mat and blanket, and drop into a ceremony of reconnection. You remain fully clothed. The magic, however, is fully revealed.
You’ll receive Reiki to clear and balance your energy centers, gentle Clarity Breathwork to take you deep within, and soul-stirring guidance to meet your Big “S” Self—the you beneath the survival patterns.
We also incorporate chakra tuning forks and, where invited, microdosing as a gentle ally in the experience.
This is a session of:
- Clarity—Who are you, really?
- Connection—With your body, your breath, the Earth, and the pulse of life.
- Completion—With outdated paradigms, stories, and patterns that no longer serve.

Somatic + Embodiment Coach | Reiki Master Teacher | Modern Day Medicine Woman
I’ve been walking this path since 2001, when I first became a Reiki practitioner during massage school in 2004, I began working with awakening souls as a guide and coach, helping them navigate the beautiful mess of becoming who they truly are.
My shamanic roots come from the work of Sandra Ingerman, drum journeys into the underworld, middle world, and celestial realms. I’ve sat in Miwok powwows, sweat lodges, and wild forests—listening. Remembering.
Reiki flows through everything I do. It’s Universal Life Force Energy—it knows where to go. It clears, aligns, and raises the vibration of every being it touches. It’s not a technique. It’s a way of life.
Clarity Breathwork is my somatic tool of choice—a gentle, deep practice that opens the gateway to what’s true. It’s not a forced experience. It’s an invitation to come home.
And then there’s my mushroom path—ten years of sacred microdosing and ceremonial work that rewired my nervous system, unhooked me from survival mode, and brought me into alignment with my Dharma. These fungi friends have helped me—and now I’m here to help you.
