Hi, I’m Josephina! I am an Embodiment Guide, Tantric Practitioner and trauma-informed Somatic Intimacy Coach.
I facilitate in-person Somatic Experiencing Journeys, Tantric Breath Work and Tantric massage; I also offer online sessions over Zoom.
My Sessions
I curate safe and sacred spaces for individuals to explore their authentic selves. The journeys that I facilitate foster a harmonious connection between mind, body, emotions/heart, and soul, promoting a vibrant, healthy lifestyle that embraces your innate gifts so that you can manifest your desires and live a life that you love!
Whether you’re single and eager to explore Tantra to attract a new partner or enhance your life force energy for greater abundance, or in a relationship and seeking to deepen intimacy with your partner, I’m here to support you on your journey!
Somatic Experiencing Journeys
My Somatic Experiencing Journeys are guided practices that teach you how you can utilize the body’s innate technology of breath, sound, movement and touch to heal, resulting in greater clarity, increased vibrancy and overall sense of well-being.
(2 hrs. session) 30 minute intake followed by 1 hour of Tantric Movement and 30 min. integration/closing ceremony.
I offer various in-person Tantric services, including Tantric Massage, Tantric Breath Work and Sacred Spot.
Tantric Massage
A Tantric Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to awaken and channel sexual energy for spiritual, emotional and physical healing. It involves slow, deliberate touch and breathing techniques, focusing on the body’s energy points or chakras. The goal of the session will vary, based on the intention that is set by you, the recipient, also known as the “journeyer.” The Tantrika or co-journeyer’s role is to enhance the recipient’s awareness of their own energy in order to allow a deep surrender, allowing whatever is meant to happen or come thru to emerge.
The sessions can vary between deep relaxation portals, to intense catharsis, to a release of emotional or physical tension, to an energy or full body orgasm. Unlike traditional massage, Tantric massage can be deeply intimate, emphasizing connection and mindful presence. It’s often a pathway to explore sensuality, self-awareness, and spiritual growth, fostering a deeper connection with oneself or a partner. It can be more powerful than talk therapy and journeyers can liken it to a psychedelic trip or medicine ceremony.
(3 hrs. session) 30 minute intake followed by 2 hr. of massage and 30 min. integration/closing ceremony.
Tantric Breath Work
In a Tantric Breath Work session, I will guide you on Tantric breath work and The Taoist breath work practice, the foundation of energetic sex. You will practice these styles of breath work seated Yab Yum, followed by an energetic journey while laying down. This practice can be utilized to cultivate life force energy within one’s Self and/or erotic energy with your partner.
(2 hrs. session) 30 minute intake followed by 1 hr. of breath work and 30 min integration/closing ceremony.
Sacred Spot
Sacred Spot is a neo-Tantric healing ritual for all humans to release guilt, shame and fear. The journey begins with a relaxing body massage with luscious oils and scents. Sacred Spot for the feminine involves a pelvic massage, yoni de-armoring ritual and sacred cupping, honoring the yoni temple. Sacred Spot for the masculine involves testicular massage, pelvic massage prostrate penetration and sacred cupping.
(3 hrs. session) Intake discussion of desires, fears and boundaries is 30 minutes, journey is 2 hrs, integration is 30 minutes, for a total of 3 hrs.

For in-person sessions, a 30 min. Intake Call over Zoom is required prior to scheduling your session. A $300 deposit shall be obtained in order to secure the session.
Please come to the Zoom call in private’ be prepared to share your experience with Tantra, healing modalities and what your intentions and desires are. I will share with you the various ways that I work with my patrons.
All phone or text inquiries will still be required to schedule the 30 min. Intake Call over Zoom; it is important that we connect via both audio & visual realms and feel into each other’s energies in the virtual space prior to meeting in person.

I am a Mother of 3, reside in Chicago, studied Government at Dartmouth, went to Culinary School at Corden Bleu, and I am passionate about Food Systems Change, supporting regenerative farming, local food procurement and connecting humans to Source.
