My approach is informed by years of experience supporting individuals & couples with intimacy and relationships challenges and is rooted in trauma-informed somatic coaching, tantric practices & intuitive energy work. Sessions are slow, highly customized and responsive to what is actually happening in your nervous system.
Somatic intimacy coaching supports you through the changes you desire by integrating with the body — not by forcing or “trying harder” — so that intimacy feels more natural, easeful and fully present. Outside of my travels, I host in-person sessions in my private & discreet studio in North Boulder. Our work together becomes exponentially beneficial with each session, as I get to know you.
Each somatic intimacy coaching or tantric massage session is uniquely tailored and may include various types of touch, somatic and tantric practices, emotional release, communication frameworks/practices like Authentic Relating, boundaries work, energy work, nervous system regulation and various other modalities.
