But in relationships, intimacy, or emotionally charged moments, things feel more challenging than you’d like.

Maybe you notice it directly in your body. Tension that doesn’t fully release, a sense of disconnection from your body and its signals, an awareness of emotions that haven’t fully moved through or completed.

You might hold things in, avoid difficult conversations, lose clarity when it matters, or find yourself shutting down or overriding what you actually want.

And despite understanding the pattern, it keeps happening.

This is because these patterns are not just mental. They are held in the body.

What I help with

I work with people who want to change how they experience themselves, in their body, in their life, and in their connections.

My work combines somatic bodywork, breath, and real-time relational exploration. It supports you to stay present in your body while things are actually happening, and to interrupt patterns that would otherwise repeat.

Some clients work with me through conversation, relational practice, and bodywork combined. Others come specifically for body-based sessions, where we work with touch, breath, and awareness to shift patterns, emotions, and beliefs held by the body.

Working through the body

For some clients, working directly with the body is the most effective entry point.

I offer standalone bodywork sessions focused on somatic release and restoring flow within the body. Sessions may include dearmouring and sensual, non-sexual massage, and are guided by your body’s responses. Release can happen through breath, sound, movement, or shifts in emotional expression.

This is a trauma-aware space, grounded and led by your nervous system.

What changes

Over time, you might begin to feel more steady in your body, clearer in what you want, and more able to communicate it without over-explaining, softening, or avoiding.

Through body-based work, you may experience a release of held tension or emotion, alongside increased sensitivity and awareness in your body. This can bring a sense of spaciousness or lightness, and the feeling that something held has shifted.

You may notice conversations becoming more direct, connection feeling more natural, and a greater ability to stay present even when emotions or intensity rise.

What sessions look like

Sessions are private and 1:1.

We begin by orienting to what feels most relevant. This may be something happening in your life or relationships, or something you’re noticing in your body.

From there, the session follows what is present and alive. In the relational work, attention may move between conversation, guided awareness, real-time relational exploration, and hands-on somatic bodywork.

Relational sessions follow a defined arc across four weeks, allowing patterns to be worked with and shifted over time.

In bodywork-focused sessions, the emphasis is on working directly through the body using touch, breath, and awareness.

The pace is steady, responsive, and led by your nervous system.

Who this is a good fit for

This work is a good fit if you’re willing to be honest, take responsibility for your patterns, and stay with what’s actually happening, even when it would be easier to move away.

It may also suit you if you feel called to somatic work, and want support to gently release what your body has been holding on to.

About me

My work is informed by training in somatic bodywork, coaching, authentic relating, and breathwork.

This includes the Embodied Awakening Method (Full Body Alchemy), structured coaching methodology (IINH), Authentic Relating Training (ART International), and SOMA Breathwork.

Together, these have shaped my ability to work with both the body and relational dynamics in real time, supporting clients to stay present, communicate clearly, and shift patterns as they arise.

In addition to formal training, my approach is grounded in hands-on experience working with clients, as well as time spent in embodied and tantric spaces.

Ways to work with me

I offer two main ways of working:

1.Standalone bodywork sessions

Somatic sessions focused on release, regulation, and reconnecting with the body.
Sessions from £200 for 2-hours.

2.Deeper relational containers

A 4-week intensive for working more deeply with patterns in connection, communication, and intimacy.
£1500 (A limited number of reduced-rate places are currently available for early clients while the work evolves.)
