Who I Am
I have walked through some of the hardest terrain a person can walk through. Religious shame, complicated family dynamics, addiction, grief, abuse, loss of self, and a complete disconnection from my own sensuality and pleasure that lasted years. I found my way back through somatic bodywork, honest inner work, and a deep commitment to keep growing no matter what life handed me.
I trained at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Kauai, one of the most respected consciousness-based bodywork schools in the world, and have continued that education through Dakini training, ISTA, and somatic and sensual arts work. I have worked with thousands of clients over more than a decade. I grew up in the forests of rural Washington state and now live in the tropics, deeply connected to the earth, to healthy embodied living, and to a life that is fully and intentionally felt.

How to Begin
Fill out my inquiry form. It is not a clinical intake. It is a few honest questions that help you get clear on what you are actually looking for and give me a real starting point before we connect. Most people find the form itself useful because it is the first time they have put words to something they have been carrying quietly for a long time.
From there we will have a real conversation and figure out what kind of session makes sense for you. If you are moving through something difficult and cost is a genuine barrier, mention it. I consider those requests personally and case by case.
