By the time men reach me, they have usually swung to one extreme or the other. At one end, autopilot. Desire for their partner or life in general has faded. Erections have become unreliable. At the other, sexuality has gone loud and compulsive, instant gratification, pornography running the show, sex that leaves them emptier rather than more fulfilled.

I don’t see any of this as something to fix.

I see it as information.

Your body is revealing where you’ve been performing, controlling, disconnecting, and overriding yourself.

What I’ve found is that most men are only experiencing a fraction of what’s actually possible for them sexually. The orgasm is happening, but the depth of sensation, pleasure, intimacy, and aliveness available in their bodies remains largely unexplored.

Only when you are truly receiving for yourself, allowing nourishment in, are you able to resource yourself. You cannot give from an empty well. You cannot fully engage with life if you are not present. Presence and precision are built when you are resourced.

This work is about reconnecting you to that.

I work with a small number of men at a time, by application. Most men start with me online and deepen into the hands-on work from there if and when it is right. You do not need to get on a plane to begin.

The container, and why it changes everything

The hands-on work goes one direction. From me to you. I remain clothed throughout. There is no mutual contact except the hands, nothing reciprocal, nothing for you to read or get right.

Notice what that removes. You are a man who is always, in every room, partly managing the other person. Here there is no one to attend to but yourself, because the structure has already taken the other person off the table. For most of the men I work with this is the first time in years they are received without having to give anything back. Like setting down something heavy you forgot you were holding. The online work builds the same thing by a different door.

What changes

Presence, being in your own body in real time instead of three steps ahead. The ability to let something land without immediately returning it or earning it. Sensation where there was numbness, a body starting to report back. Pleasure that lasts, because you are finally present for it. And the thread back to yourself, the part of you that wanted things before wanting got expensive.

Six years in this work, with men, almost exclusively. A readership of 50k+, and one-to-one work with men in the slow, private, hands-on version of this that most people only write about.

And I speak your language. I will not spiritualize what is plain or diminish this conversation to fit a wellness mold. I have range, and I expect you to use yours. That is part of why I can hold you. I see what runs between the lines, the things you have not said and were not planning to. I will only ever speak to you directly and with the truth. That is what you deserve, and what you will get nothing less than from me.

The work is slow, curious, never clinical. We build trust before anything else. It is responsive to what you actually came here for. None of it is too much.

Rates

Online coaching, 3-month container, from $3,000. In-person bodywork, $500 to $800 per session, from $1,500 for a series of three. Portugal immersions, from $15,000, strictly for clients who have worked with me for six months.
