Welcome, I invite you to explore pleasure with purpose – how tantra, sacred touch, and related techniques like breathwork can help you and bring states of tantric healing, bliss, and contentment of body, mind, and soul. Feel the benefits on a deep level, beyond the superficial.
I enjoy helping men, women, and couples in private sessions and phone consultations. I work in tantra education as well as tantric massage and sensual massage that incorporates tantra to provide experiences that soothe, invigorate, balance and heal. I draw from ancient tantric teachings shared by current teachers of our day as well as other eastern healing traditions in sensuality and healing.
Each session includes light and sensual touch combined with relaxing, soothing massage; breathing; and exercises to help improve quality of breath, centeredness, and awareness.
Awareness exercises help find confidence in the body and being to create deeper connections with your partner, people in your life, and sensual experiences. Chakra balancing (eastern energy work) and education is incorporated for intuitive and insightful awareness and feelings of soothing energy work throughout the body. Stretching movements may be incorporated for relaxation and energy flow.
What sessions can help with:
- Learning the basics of tantra to give a good foundation for full and rich experiences going forward
- Bringing PE (premature ejacuation) to extended sensuality and pleasure
- and ED (erectile dysfunction) to improved strength, vigor and and control

- Experiencing intuitive and balancing chakra work to learn more about the chakras (body energy centers) and confirm what you already know about your growth and experience in related life areas

- Finding deeper meaning, appreciation, intimacy, and connection in your relationship/s and with yourself.
Other Offerings
I also offer “non-sensual light touch”, therapeutic massage and Thai yoga bodywork (Thai massage) as well as one-on-one yoga instruction for stretching and strengthening for those looking for therapeutic massage or to incorporate therapeutic massage, yoga, or related techniques. This includes modalities like Swedish, deep tissue, ‘deep tissue glide’, dead sea salt scrubs, chakra balancing, ‘energy work’, partner yoga, and stretch massage.
Phone Sessions*
In phone sessions you will receive guidance and support on your journey to creating more confidence and connection in your sensuality and relationship/s, where that is what you seek. You will be able to have accountability on your progress on related life goals and initiatives. You will be given the opportunity to check in on your use of tantra and move forward with creating what you best envision in your relationships and connection with those important to you.
