Think of this space as a base camp. From here, we set out on an adventure—one that’s unprecedented, unique to you and me, and specific to this moment. I’m often reminded of the line: “Adventure is the feeling of ‘don’t go there.’”
And yet—we do. Step by step.

In short: my training is not for the faint of heart. You will be challenged in two directions at once. We’ll strengthen the parts of you that struggle to take up space, to ask for what you truly want. And we’ll soften and support the parts that have carried too much for too long—the provider, the self-critic.

And sometimes, we laugh.

About Alder Ram

I grew up in the lush farmland of rural Oregon. My aunt raced horses, my grandfather grew Christmas trees, and my mother taught me how to cook.

I moved to New York City in 2013 to pursue jazz saxophone. To make ends meet, I began teaching yoga—much to the confusion of my blue-collar extended family. In 2020, I relocated to Kingston, grateful for a slower pace (when I’m not on my motorcycle).

These days, I stay busy with portrait photography, studying French, and preparing for nursing school exams.
