About Me

I came to this work through my own journey of healing shame, people-pleasing, and confusion around the difference between love and lust. In my first energy healing, I received a clear message: “This is what you are here to do.” That moment changed the course of my life.

Over the last decade, I’ve been a trauma-informed bodyworker and energy healer. As my practice evolved, I began weaving in Tantra Yoga, Tantric rope bondage, somatic practices, and coaching. I’ve immersed myself in plant medicine ceremonies and retreats, tending to my own vessel with deep love so I can hold my clients with the greatest care. I only share what I know in my bones, what I have trained in, practiced, and fully integrated in my own life.

Clients describe me as warm, grounded, hypnotic, intuitive, and deeply present. My style is slow and embodied, honoring that each body unravels at it’s own pace. During our time together, all masks and roles come off. There is nothing you have to do other than breathe and be yourself.
