Embodiment Practices

Through breath, sound, and movement, I guide you into deeper connection with yourself and/or your partner. These practices help awaken sensation, increase presence, increase attraction and create greater access to your sexual energy. This work invites you to embody the version of yourself you most desire to become, cultivating greater confidence, authenticity, and the capacity to give and receive love more fully. As you reconnect to your body and life force energy, intimacy becomes not just something you experience, but a way of being-flirting with the world!

Nervous System Regulation & Somatic Healing

Pleasure and intimacy thrive when the body feels safe. Many people unknowingly carry patterns of stress, anxiety, shutdown, perfectionism, cultural shame or past experiences that interfere with their ability to give and receive. Together, we gently unwind these patterns so you can experience more emotional safety and connection in your intimate relationships.

Sexual Energy Cultivation and Massage Techniques

Sexual energy is life force energy. Learn how to cultivate, expand, and move pleasure throughout your body so intimacy becomes a source of vitality, creativity, confidence, expression, and deeper connection to yourself. I teach massage techniques to help awaken sensation, increase body awareness, release tension and expand your capacity to feel pleasure throughout your entire body, rather than limiting pleasure to a few familiar areas.

For Women: Pleasure Awakening & Embodied Confidence

The work I do with women deepens sensation, reconnects them with desire, helps them understand their bodies, and cultivates greater confidence in their erotic expression.
