Two core themes of my work are to help you uncover and move through the emotional, relational and nervous system patterns that are blocking you from connection, intimacy, desire and the ability to fully feel pleasure in your body. I also help people learn how to cultivate their sexual energy as a powerful source to feel more pleasure, aliveness, connection, creativity and expression.

Through tantra massage, embodied practices and somatic emotional release, my clients report feeling more sensation, more excitement, more pleasure, deeper presence and a deeper connection to themselves and their desires.

Offerings

Embodiment and Tantric Ritual
Through breath, sound and movement I guide you into deeper connection with yourself (and your partner) such that you become a temple for divine energy and experience higher states of arousal and consciousness.

Nervous System and Intimacy Work
Pleasure and connection are deeply tied to safety within your body. Together, we explore the emotional and nervous system patterns that create shutdown, numbness, anxiety, overthinking and/or difficulty to surrender to intimacy.

Sexual Energy Cultivation
Learn how to harness and move your sexual energy throughout your body so that you experience more pleasure than just your primary zones of pleasure. These practices help clients to feel more open, confidence, vitality and erotic aliveness beyond the physical act.

For women – Internal Pleasure Awakening
If you struggle to feel orgasms with penetration, I help you understand your anatomy and pleasure map. We explore how to awaken deeper sensation and expand your capacity to feel more full-bodied pleasure.

For men- Male choice
Learn techniques for ejaculatory control, allowing you to experience multiple peeks without a loss of energy or arousal. Learn how to expand your pleasure and become the man in the bedroom you were meant to be.

For couples
We explore communication, polarity, desire, and emotional attunement. I help you get out of your routine and bring play, passion and intimacy back into your relationship.

–Consent & Comfort First – Every practice is designed to honor your boundaries; you are always in control of the experience.

–No Sexual Contact or Reciprocity – This is not a sexual service; it is an energetic and sensual awakening focused solely on your growth and expansion.
