You’re successful in many areas of your life, but something about intimacy still feels unresolved. Maybe touch has become something you give rather than receive. You might be performing desire instead of actually feeling it, or you stopped asking for what you want so long ago that you’ve forgotten what it sounds like. Perhaps you’re carrying tension or guardedness in your body that has been difficult to soften. Or maybe nothing is wrong at all. You’re just curious about what it would feel like to slow down, be held, and let someone pay attention to your body without needing to manage their experience.

Whatever brought you here, I meet you where you are.

What Changes

Clients who come back over time tell me about real shifts. They feel more present with partners. They notice tension releasing from places they didn’t know they were holding. Some reconnect with a sense of desire that they thought was gone. Others learn to receive without guilt (or without the need to give something back). This isn’t vague energy work or a promise of “transformation.” It shows up in daily life: how you breathe, hold boundaries, and experience pleasure.

Sessions

Every session starts with a conversation. From there, I offer one-directional bodywork tailored to your needs, followed by time to rest and ground before you leave. Touch is consent-based, guided by check-ins throughout, and shaped by your boundaries and pace. You receive without having to give anything back.

Three session lengths:

90 minutes ($450): This is a good starting point with enough time to settle in and build trust without feeling rushed.
2 hours ($600): More time for breathwork, tantric energy practices, and a slower build. Most returning clients choose this.
3 hours ($900): The fullest experience. Extended tantric and breathwork practices with plenty of time for your nervous system to fully open. Longer sessions also allow for enhanced elements (hot stones, body scrub, curated scents) tailored to you based on our conversation beforehand.

About Me

My path to this work is unusual. I spent over two decades in clinical healthcare, where I trained in trauma-informed communication and learned to read and respond to what people can’t always put into words. That clinical attunement is the foundation of how I work. I’m also trained in Tantra, Reiki, breathwork, and somatic practices, with 30 years of Buddhist meditation practice and a background in Nonviolent Communication.
