I offer body-based and relational sessions that support emotional release, sensual awakening, and deeper connection with your authentic self.
Sessions may include:

Sessions unfold at a pace that honors your body and your boundaries, with choice and consent guiding every step.
Some people come seeking relaxation and sensual nourishment. Others arrive with deeper intentions around healing, empowerment, or awakening their life-force energy. Together we meet what is present.
I also offer tandem sessions with Jay Heart, bringing masculine and feminine energies into the space for expanded support, polarity, and deeper exploration.

About Me
I’m Kay Heart.
My work is rooted in embodiment, intimacy, and liberation.
I sometimes describe my work as priestess work — holding a sacred space where the body, heart, and eros are welcome to awaken and express fully.
My work draws from tantric embodiment practices, somatic awareness, and sacred bodywork.
My path includes training through the International School of Temple Arts, yoga and meditation training with a focus on kundalini and traditional Tantra, and many years of study and practice in neo Tantra, embodiment, intimacy, authentic relating, and sensual awareness practices.
Clients often share that they feel deeply safe, seen, and able to open quickly in my presence. I bring warmth, attentiveness, and grounded intuition into every session.
