What is Surrogate Partner Therapy?

Surrogate Partner Therapy is a supportive, experiential therapy designed to help you deepen your relationship with yourself and others. Through structured practices involving communication, touch, and emotional exploration, we work together to create authentic, meaningful connections. My role as your surrogate partner is to provide a safe, respectful, and nurturing space where you can feel empowered as you embark on a journey of healing and self-acceptance.

A key part of this journey is learning to both give and receive intimacy and pleasure in ways that feel natural and comfortable for you. Together, we work on building your capacity to connect openly, exploring the dynamics of expressing affection and experiencing closeness. This involves understanding your own desires, needs, and boundaries, while practicing ways to communicate and share them confidently.

As we move into deeper physical connection, we explore the sensations and emotions that arise with sensual and, if appropriate, sexual touch. This is about discovering what genuine, pleasurable intimacy feels like, both as something you can give and receive. Each step is designed to help you build trust in yourself and in others, gradually helping you to experience intimacy in a way that feels safe, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are. Through this work, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to bring healthy, connected intimacy into other parts of your life.

What is Sensual Massage?

Sensual massage is a holistic, intimate experience where touch is an art of healing, relaxation, and connection. Each session is carefully crafted to allow you to feel grounded, present, and in tune with your body’s sensations. Through skilled and compassionate touch, I help you reconnect with your own body’s rhythms, releasing stress and tension and inviting you to experience the subtle energies within. This form of massage is about honoring your boundaries, deepening your capacity to feel, and embracing a more harmonious and embodied state of being.

About Me

My name is Elizabeth. I’ve been practicing in the therapeutic erotic field for over a decade, working with hundreds of clients seeking to heal, transform, and align with their true selves. I hold a master’s degree in psychology and serve as a faculty member at the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), where I support others in discovering deeper connections with their bodies and life. Outside of my work, I’m a mother, an ardent lover of the natural world, dance, music, and theater- this is a true source of inspiration for the heart of my practice.
