I’m Chelsea, originally from Los Angeles. I have been practicing various types of bodywork for the last 10 years. I’m a dancer and Pilates instructor devoted to helping men, women, and couples feel grounded, embodied, and deeply connected to themselves.

My goal is to help you feel more connected, relaxed, and at ease in your body. My Pilates background shapes my approach, especially in understanding how the body holds tension, injury, and stress. Some clients come to me with physical injuries or chronic tightness, which I support through stretching, movement, and hands-on muscle work. Others carry emotional stress or trauma in the body, and I provide a safe, supportive space to help release that tension. Sometimes people simply want connection and care. No matter the reason, I intend that you leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and in less physical pain than when you arrived.

Ultimately, I bring a fun, light-hearted presence to our work together, creating sessions that feel playful, ease-filled, and alive, while also holding space for depth, intimacy, and tender connection. Whether we’re laughing, breathing, or resting in stillness, you’re met exactly as you are, with space to open, soften, and move at your own pace.

Tantra means “to weave,” and together we weave grounding and expansion, pleasure and presence, spirit and flesh—creating a space where you can relax, open, and remember the quiet magic that already lives within you. All of you is welcome here.

Clients are accepted through a screening process via email. My safety is your safety. I work out of private workspaces (not storefronts). Therefore, just as you would not invite unknown strangers into your private home who have not been vetted/screened or do not have an online presence, neither would I. Careful screening provides a confidential and safe sanctuary for you. Just as one chooses their practitioners via discernment, I choose my clients with considerable discernment as well. A deposit of $100 via electronic payment is required upon booking. 24hours required to cancel appointment to receive deposit back.
