I guide pace, breath, and attention so you can stay close to yourselves and each other while exploring something new. When emotion shows up, it’s met in real time, whether it’s nervousness, jealousy, heat, or tenderness. Nothing is rushed or forced.

I’m a certified breathwork and meditation teacher, and I bring lived experience in consensual non monogamy. I’m happily partnered and have been polyamorous for years.
