The Work

Through skilled, trauma-informed touch (including genital healing, when appropriate and fully consented to), we meet the places where memory lives in your tissues — where numbness has replaced feeling, and shame has taken the place of power.
This is somatic de-armoring: emotional tension released through breath and sound, guided by your body’s pace. It can be tender. It can be intense. You might shake, cry, rage, or simply breathe more deeply.

These are 3-hour private sessions between Asheville, NC & Greenville, SC. We can meet at my private temple space surrounded by nature, or I can come to your local accommodation to create a sacred space where you are.

About Me

I’m Triambika. I’ve practiced in this field for over 30 years—as a trainer, facilitator, and a leading voice in sacred sexuality education.
I was one of the original initiators of the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA) and created its Practitioner Training program. I’m also the founder of Temple Somatics™—an approach devoted to somatic integration and the sacred power of eros.
I’ve worked with thousands of clients and trained hundreds of practitioners worldwide. This practice is something I’ve lived, refined, and devoted my life to.

I attune to your body and create a non-judgmental space for whatever arises. This powerful process reclaims your integrity, boundaries, and wholeness.
