Guided Kink Exploration, Therapeutic Kink & Relationship Coaching

INVITATION

You may be curious about kink, power exchange, or erotic exploration but unsure where to begin. Perhaps you have fantasies you have never voiced, want to explore safely with a partner, or sense that desire could lead you toward greater confidence, freedom, and self-understanding.

You do not need previous experience or the right vocabulary. Curiosity is enough.

I offer individuals, couples, and polyamorous partners a grounded, nonjudgmental space to explore desire, surrender, power, intimacy, and embodiment. My role may be facilitator, educator, coach, or dominant guide depending on what we intentionally design together.

Through this work, you may discover new sources of pleasure, communicate your desires more clearly, deepen trust with a partner, or encounter patterns involving control, shame, vulnerability, fear, and personal agency.

SESSIONS

Guided Kink Exploration

These sessions offer a safe introduction to kink or an opportunity to explore unfamiliar interests with experienced guidance. We begin with your curiosities, boundaries, and intentions, then design an experience that feels exciting without becoming overwhelming.

Exploration may include dominance and submission, sensation or impact play, bondage, ritual, psychological play, service, role-play, or experimenting with leading and surrendering. You may come alone or with a partner, and every activity is negotiated and consensual.

As a Certified Erotic Blueprints™ Coach, I can also help you identify your Erotic Blueprint—the ways your body and mind are most naturally wired for arousal. Understanding your Blueprint can reveal why certain approaches work for you while others do not, expand communication between partners, and unlock new opportunities for pleasure and exploration.

Therapeutic Kink

Therapeutic kink uses intentional, consensual experience as a tool for personal insight and growth.

A session may help you practice surrender without losing your voice, set boundaries without apologizing, receive attention without performing, tolerate imperfection, or remain connected to yourself during intensity. We begin with a clear intention, build an experience around it, and conclude with grounding and reflection so you can integrate what emerged.

This work can complement therapy, but it is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. I do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions.

Kink and Polyamory Coaching

I also work with individuals, couples, and polyamorous relationships seeking greater clarity around desires, agreements, boundaries, jealousy, mismatched interests, changing relationship structures, or integrating kink into an existing partnership.

My role is not to prescribe what your relationship should look like. It is to help you communicate honestly and create agreements that reflect the needs of the people involved.

CONSENT AND BOUNDARIES

Consent is active, informed, specific, and reversible. Curiosity about an activity is not consent to perform it, and you may pause or stop at any time.

All physical and psychological activities are discussed in advance. I do not work with anyone who is intoxicated or unable to give informed consent. I do not provide escort services or sexual intercourse.

My practice welcomes women, men, transgender and nonbinary people, LGBTQ+ clients, couples, and polyamorous relationships. Mutual respect is required without exception.

ABOUT ME

I am a Certified Erotic Blueprints™ Coach, kink educator, relationship coach, and experienced professional Dominatrix. My education includes the Kinsey Institute’s Human Sexuality Intensive and professional training through Dominatrix Academy.

What distinguishes my work is attunement. I notice subtle changes in breath, posture, expression, and energy that reveal when someone feels engaged, uncertain, guarded, or overwhelmed. I combine this awareness with direct communication, careful preparation, and respect for each client’s autonomy.

My Dominatrix experience gives me a practical understanding of power exchange, negotiation, intensity, and embodied surrender. As Tigress Lily, I bring that knowledge into a more accessible space—one where you do not need to identify as submissive, experienced, or even “kinky” to begin.
