I’m Tracy a Relational Alchemy Coach, I welcome individuals of all genders and orientations, couples & poly relationships.

Your breath is deep, you are relaxed & poised, serving deeply from your heart, attuned, listening, completely in alignment. This is the state of functioning that is possible for you. This is beyond the bedroom. This is the presence that you can bring into all aspects of your life.

The way that you make love, the way that you connect with friends, the way that you move is how you do everything in your life. If you’re seeing room for improvement in one place, most likely it’s showing up in other areas of your life too. Perhaps your work, your friendships, your health.

Take a deep breath with me. Together, we get to explore these dynamics so that you can create something new for yourself. A passionate love affair, a thriving successful career, deep life-long friendships. What you desire is possible- it’s a matter of your willingness to pursue it.

Now, feel into the center of your chest, in your heart space. Take a breath there. “What is my deepest desire right now?” Breathe, close your eyes, and see what comes to you.

That answer is what we will create together. Your deepest desires are not only possible but inevitable in our work together.

Your Desired Transformation

Our work together will include a minimum of 7 sessions together. While one session results in permanent positive change, you will be stepping into a more authentic, embodied, empowered version of you. In order to fully embody this evolution, you will be traversing uncharted waters of your depths. This work requires the courage, dedication, and willingness of a warrior.

We will have weekly 1.5 – 2hr sessions to unwind thought patterns, limiting beliefs, and stored emotions using a combination of Emotional Freedom Technique, parts work, meditation & visualization, and breathwork.
