You know how to solve difficult problems – except the ones that keep showing up in your relationships.
You know how to hold yourself together. You anticipate other people’s reactions, edit yourself before you speak, and convince yourself that it’s easier to not need anyone.
Eventually, you don’t just hide parts of yourself from other people. You start hiding them from yourself.
The anger you don’t express.
The desire you convince yourself isn’t worth asking for
The grief you keep busy enough not to feel.
You don’t need more insight. You need opportunities to express the parts of yourself you’ve learned to hide.
Imagine what becomes possible when you let someone meet the parts of you that aren’t polished, composed, or certain.
Together, we create what I call a low-risk relational playground: a place to say the messy, half-formed truth before you’ve rehearsed it; to receive care without performing for it; and discover what happens when the hidden parts are allowed to come out and play.

What Becomes Possible
My work helps people reclaim the parts of themselves they learned to hide. Not by analyzing them in isolation, but by bringing them into a real exchange between two people.
You learn to stay connected to yourself while saying what’s true in the moment, not the polished version you rehearsed. That means naming what you want, setting a boundary as it’s happening, and catching the second you start to shut down or perform instead of telling the truth.
An old pattern emerges. You practice a different response. The nervous system updates.
How We Work
I work with people of all genders and couples through:
Bodywork sessions — relaxation, slowing down, letting go of tension, and reconnecting with physical sensation
Relational repair sessions — for people who struggle to receive care, express needs, trust connection, or feel emotionally seen
Long-term coaching containers or immersions — ongoing work on shame, identity, and relational patterns that keep repeating
Each session begins with a clear agreement about consent, boundaries, and what is present in the moment. We name what feels open, what feels shut down, and what you want to explore. From there, we move into experiential work through bodywork, relational exercises, or practices designed to surface patterns in real time.

About Me
Before entering this work, I spent years in tech before I burned out from living past what my body could sustain. I understand high-performing, analytical people because I am one.
My background in authentic relating taught me to listen beneath the words and notice what isn’t being said. My background in technology taught me to see connections that others often miss and understand how seemingly separate pieces fit together. Together, those skills help me see where someone gets stuck and respond with precision.
I bring directness, warmth, and the capacity to stay present when things feel emotionally intense.

Testimonial
“I wanted to thank you for the profound experience of our session, for holding space for me to feel things that had long been dormant, and allowing me to express those emotions so freely and openly. Through it I have been able to reinterpret my patterns of behaviors and I can finally feel the dam of my addictions starting to break. I can’t stress enough how much the session meant to me and thank you for the care that you provide.” ~ Zach
