ABOUT ME:
Since my earliest years, I recognized that my path to sexual liberation would be a pivotal component of my spiritual awakening and the fulfillment of my human potential.
It all began at the Arts Academy, I then explored diverse dance forms, delved into Meditation, Yoga and Ritual Theatre. I graduated in Psychology and eventually found my calling in the transformative realm of 5Rhythms Dance.
My fascination with Tantra and Holistic Sexuality has driven my studies for over 15 years. I’ve honed my expertise through various Tantra trainings. Additionally, I completed training in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and have served as a tantric therapist for over a decade, offering transformative sessions to men, women, and couples.
AWAKENED EMBODIMENT METHOD:
This is my unique approach to helping individuals in their journey of self-discovery and sensual awakening. This method combines three key elements:
- Embodied Guidance: This aspect focuses on connecting you with your physical body, enabling you to become more aware of sensations, and physical experiences.
- Somatic Guidance: Somatic practices involve understanding and working with the wisdom of the body, helping you access the body’s innate intelligence, release tension, old traumas and facilitate a deeper connection with your senses and emotions.
- Spiritual Guidance: This component explores the spiritual dimension of sensuality and intimacy. It involves practices that connect you with your inner self, explore the sacred aspects of your sexuality, and enhance your spiritual awareness.

My online coaching sessions, conducted via Zoom, have a duration of 90 minutes, whereas for your initial in-person visit, I highly recommend setting aside a minimum of 2.5 hours. This extended timeframe allows you to fully relax, let go, and establish a genuine connection.
