Welcome. My work is an invitation to pause, to turn inward, and to remember the wholeness that already resides within you. I don’t just offer a session; I offer a container—a safe, ceremonial, and judgment-free space where you can shed the layers of stress, conditioning, and numbness that may distance you from your true self and your aliveness.

For the past decade, I have dedicated my life to studying the body’s innate wisdom and the energy that flows through it. In our time together, I don’t rely on just one technique. Instead, I intuitively weave a tapestry of modalities to meet you exactly where you are. Think of me as a guide and a weaver, combining movement, touch, and energy to help you unravel what no longer serves you and integrate what does.

A session with me is a fluid dance. It can be deeply relaxing, profoundly cathartic, playfully sensual, and spiritually transcendent—sometimes all in one sitting. We might start with conscious breathing to ground you, move into gentle Yoga or Qigong to wake up the body, and then transition onto the massage table for intuitive, sacred bodywork. I listen not just with my ears, but with my hands and my heart, allowing the energy to guide the session.

I am a lifelong student of the body and spirit. My path has been one of dedicated study, hands-on practice, and personal transformation. I bring not only my certifications but also my authentic self—compassionate, grounded, and joyful—to every session. I believe healing can be profound and deeply fun, and I hold the utmost respect for your vulnerability and your journey.

Yoga: 200-hour Hatha Yoga & 500-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher
Massage Therapy: Certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Shiatsu, Ashiatsu, Sports, Thai, and Tantra Massage
