How I Work

I create sessions that are present, peaceful, and deeply attuned to you. There is no rush. No script. No performance.

Depending on the flow and your desires, a session can be tranquil and restorative, passionate and sensual, or a dance between both.

I honor all that arises with presence, reverence, and clear communication.

500-Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher – Advanced training in Kundalini kriyas, mantra, and energy activation

Certified Massage Therapist – Trained in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, Ashiatsu, and Thai Massage
Kundalini Bodywork Practitioner – Somatic release through breath, movement, and conscious touch
Somatic Therapy Certification (currently completing) – Body-centered approach to trauma and nervous system regulation
White Tiger Qigong Certification (currently completing) – Ancient practice for vitality, grounding, and energy cultivation
