The Way I Work: An Invitation to Presence

Welcome. My work is an invitation to pause, to turn inward, and to remember the wholeness that already resides within you. I don’t just offer a session; I offer a container—a safe, ceremonial, and judgment-free space where you can shed the layers of stress, conditioning, and numbness that distance you from your true self and your aliveness.

For the past decade, I have dedicated my life to studying the body’s innate wisdom and the energy that flows through it. In our time together, I don’t rely on just one technique. Instead, I intuitively weave a tapestry of modalities to meet you exactly where you are. Think of me as a guide and a weaver, combining movement, touch, and energy to help you unravel what no longer serves you and integrate what does.

A session with me is a fluid dance. It can be deeply relaxing, profoundly cathartic, playfully sensual, and spiritually transcendent—sometimes all in one sitting. We might start with conscious breathing to ground you, move into gentle Yoga or Qigong to wake up the body, and then transition onto the massage table for intuitive, sacred bodywork. I listen not just with my ears, but with my hands and my heart, allowing the energy to guide the session.

How to Book a Session With Me

If all of this resonates with you and you are ready to move forward, please email me with the following three pieces of information:

A photo of your government-issued ID (you may block your address, but your name and face must be visible)
The reason you want to book with me – share a few words about what brought you here and what you are hoping to experience
A few potential days and times that work well for you (my working hours are 10 AM – 8 PM)

I will only respond to emails that include all three. This is not to be difficult—it is to honor both your time and mine, and to ensure that we begin from a place of mutual respect, safety, and clarity.

Once I receive your email, I will review and reach out to confirm our session or invite you to complete a brief intake form if needed.
