I’m a trauma-informed, VITA™ Certified Sex and Relationship Coach, ISTA Facilitator for sacred sexuality retreats around the globe, dancer, nature lover and yogini with nearly 20 years of professional experience in the holistic healing arts.
My integrated approach combines modalities such as somatic-based healing, nervous system regulation, Tantric-inspired embodiment practices, emotionally focused therapy, parts work (IFS), breathwork, ritual, sound, visualization, mindset work, emotional release, sex magic, and so much more.

This is a shamanic, hands-on healing ritual designed to release stored trauma, emotions and wounds. Includes deep work inside the pelvic region (vaginal dearmoring and/or anus) if desired. With years of training and experience I will expertly hold you in this trauma-informed container so that you can safely:
