Tantra teaches us the connection back into our truth. Something we have lost due to the many stories society feeds us. Using our vital life force energy, our vitality of sexuality to awaken our bodies and spirit. When we are stuck in the material aspects of life, we lose that connection to our true selves, tantra practices remind us that we are all part of a whole and all that exists is love and compassion.
Somatic embodiment work is the practice of connecting back to our sacrel center and our hearts, where all the juicy parts of us lay! With touch, breath and movement the body awakens and begins to create new possibilities.
