Pricing and Payment Policy

1. Automatic Subscriptions

Joining (or re-joining) Sacred Eros requires an active subscription. The following subscription options are available:

• Monthly — $45
  New practitioners commit to a minimum of three months, paid upfront. After the initial three-month period, the subscription continues at $45 per month.
• Quarterly — $135
• Bi-annual — $270
• Annual — $450 (save the equivalent of two months)

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the practitioner.

A $15 admin fee applies to all new and re-joining practitioners, regardless of payment method.

2. Alternative Payment Methods

Practitioners who do not wish to set up an automatic subscription may pay annually via WISE (bank transfer) or cryptocurrency (Bitcoin).

Annual payments made via alternative methods are subject to the same admin fee for new practitioners.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Practitioners may cancel their PayPal subscription at any time via their PayPal account. No advance notice is required.

If a subscription is cancelled before the end of a paid period (for example, part-way through a quarterly or annual term), the practitioner must inform Sacred Eros whether they wish their profile to:

• be taken offline immediately, or
• remain live until the end of the paid subscription period.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including partial periods.
Admin fees are non-refundable.

4. Second Profile

Practitioners may hold a second profile at the same rates listed above.

Each profile is billed separately and functions independently.

5. Joint Profile

Joint profiles are billed at the same rates listed above.

At least one named practitioner is responsible for payment and communication. Sacred Eros does not mediate financial or professional arrangements between joint profile holders.

6. Featured Practitioners

Sacred Eros offers a limited number of featured practitioner slots per calendar month.

• Fee: $200 per calendar month
• Featured placements run strictly by calendar month.
• Practitioners may book and pay for multiple months in advance.

Changeovers typically occur on the 1st of the month. A grace period is allowed up to and including the 3rd.
If a changeover occurs after the 3rd of the month, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

No refunds are offered for featured placements that have already taken place.
If a future featured placement is cancelled, a $100 refund will be issued.

Featured placement increases visibility but does not guarantee enquiries, bookings, or specific outcomes.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened (including via PayPal), the practitioner’s profile will be taken offline immediately.

To re-join Sacred Eros after a dispute:

• all disputed funds must be repaid in full, and
• a $100 admin fee must be paid to cover dispute processing.

Sacred Eros reserves the right to decline re-listing following disputes or repeated payment issues.

8. Right to Amend and Remove Listings

Sacred Eros reserves the right to:

• update pricing with prior notice, and
• remove or suspend practitioner profiles that no longer meet Sacred Eros standards.
