My name is Lila Rose and I am passionate about healing and liberation. I specialize in supporting people in strengthening embodiment and erotic confidence especially while healing around:
- Perfectionism and performance-orientation
- Boundary issues and people-pleasing
- Patterns of distraction, dissociation, avoidance, or numbness in the emotional and sexual body
- Spiritual crises, including religious baggage around the body and sexuality
- Limiting beliefs around gender and sexuality
- Relationship transitions and uncouplings
- Preparing for–or adjusting to–Parenthood
- Releasing unwanted sexual experiences
- Chronic stress and pain.
I also support people who are simply ready to open their hearts, deepen as lovers, surrender to divine will or higher self, to embrace and channel creative energy, and truly enjoy the delights of embodiment.
My sessions are deep rituals in which you will receive attuned touch and spacious, loving attention all geared toward deep awakening of your own power and pleasure. Past clients share that I have taught them “how to actually feel all the feelings,” how “to let go of shame and conditioning,” and “to release trauma and transmute negative emotions into freedom.” I am gifted with an ability to see the best and highest in others, while also holding a non-judgemental, compassionate space around whatever may be keeping you from your own liberation and joy.
A little more about my background
I am a priestess, bodyworker, poet, sex-positive community leader, and practicing teacher of tantric meditation and yoga. I am a lifelong student of mysticism and wisdom traditions. I have over twenty years of meditation experience and have spent thousands of hours in intensive spiritual and transformational retreats. I hold two masters degrees, including one from Harvard Divinity School, where I studied theologies of the body, ritual, play, and the sacred. My education in deep embodiment practices and sacred sexuality includes multiple trainings with the International School of Temple Arts, a meditation teacher training with Planetary Dharma (a Buddhist lineage that incorporates tantra, western psychotherapy, and mysticism), a 200 hr. yoga teacher certification from Dharma Yoga in ATX, and peer mentorship with other sexual healers and shamans working in this field.
A little more about my sessions
Once we have established alignment to work together through a short discovery call, I will guide you in clarifying your intention, desires, and boundaries for our first meeting. When you arrive at my temple, expect to be greeted with warm hospitality as you enter into a beautiful setting. We may create further connection and safety through a brief meditation or intimacy exercise to build trust. Then I will invite you to drop into receiving bodywork. Your physical, emotional, spiritual, erotic, energetic aspects will be welcome throughout your experience. My sessions are a one-way, consent-based, trauma-informed, full body shamanic and erotic sacred journey. Sessions can include:
- De-armouring
- Yoni and womb healing
- Lingam to heart connection
- Sacred Spot massage
- Pleasure-mapping
- Tantric breathwork
- De-shaming and anchoring in self-love
- Esoteric alchemical work including:
- Transmuting pain and tension
- Healing and balancing inner polarity of masculine and feminine
- Sacred orgasmic prayer and manifestation practice
- Intuitive, therapeutic dialogue
- Positive affirmation domming and mirror work.
Much will be revealed through our time together! And I will hold each moment with care and affirmation as you drop deeper into rejuvenation and joy. As we complete our session, I will guide you in an integration practice designed to help you carry what you’ve received back into your life. Time in my temple is transformative and incredibly special; working with me is an investment in yourself and your own life-force energy.
While I always begin with a single temple experience (75 min to 2.5 hours), many clients choose to continue working with me for the long term. I offer packages for ongoing spiritual coaching and sacred erotic bodywork for those ready to deep-dive into lasting reclamation of pleasure, power, and purpose.
