I’m Kelsey and I work with men, women, and couples in healing blocks to love, intimacy and pleasure. I am a trained trantrika from Lauren Harkness’s Advanced Tantra Dakini Program and am a Mastery Graduate of Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts. I am a coach and work with different healing modalities, including trauma release. I offer private Tantra Healing Sessions, Coaching Sessions, and Reiki Healing Energy Work.

Ten years ago, I couldn’t have imagined I’d find myself in this moment with you. I was completely unaware of how closed off I was in terms of my sexuality. I embarked on this journey of work after addressing my own sexual trauma, seeking to harness the transformative potential of embodiment and sacred sexuality. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, playful, and sensual environment. I honor the vulnerability inherent in this practice and treat it as sacred. I am well-versed in trauma-informed approaches and hold a strong educational background in this field.
Since sexual energy is the source of our life force energy, it is important to release shame from this area to help in healing, and bring conscious awareness to things that may be getting in the way. Through loving acceptance, we bring energetic healing to our souls.
In particular, this loving acceptance is important after we’ve had any trauma or shame or fear in order to heal and come back to neutral, and then flourish.
My Sensual Awakening Practice Philosophy:
We have the power to expand every aspect of our lives by embracing our sensuality with intention. Sadly, our culture often stigmatizes sensuality. I am dedicated to promoting healthy, conscious, vibrant, and radiant bliss, along with expansive sexuality, for everyone. That’s why I founded my sensual life coaching practice — to help people awaken their sensuality and discover the immense pleasure and bliss our bodies are capable of experiencing as human beings.
The Sessions:
In terms of the setup and safety, you can expect a clean and confidential experience that respects your boundaries.
Combining coaching, somatics, energy work, and tantric healing methods, you’ll receive personalized guidance and support to empower your truest self and unlock areas of constraint, fostering newfound freedom.
Through breath, energy work, coaching, etc. we allow energy to open and expand. This time is solely for you to connect with your internal energies, not focus on pleasing a partner. The idea is to create self love for you from you. It’s a profoundly healing and awakening experience. During a session, here are some things that may occur:

- Emotional Release
- Sensation Play/Body Awareness
- Energy work
- Coaching
- Authentic connection & conversation.
I am also trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Biofield tuning, so I work with different healing modalities should a need arise in session.

I have a zero tolerance policy for no calls and no shows. If you make an appointment and don’t keep it you will immediately be moved to my block list.
In order to work with me, I require a picture of your ID & something to match your ID (such as social profile or selfie) to be shown during the zoom call.
