Imagine/visualize: The body structure composed of piping that is carrying energy flows. This flow direction from mother earth, this flow direction from father sky. And when we, humans, experience stressors and traumas, the pipes become a little bit blocked with dirt. So now less energy can flow.
Together we release these blockages and create more opening in the body. Breathe. Enjoy the new space created in your temple. God’s love is big. It likes to travel down open channels.
