A GLIMPSE INTO MY JOURNEY
Shaped by being raised in a high-control cult, I spent my formative years disconnected from any sense of personal power. Foundational relationships were based on fear and love was shown through obedience. Pleasure was sinful and constricted by rules or simply nonexistent. I had no sense of who I was outside of others expectations.
At 25, I committed to my freedom by leaving a child bride marriage and the cult, and have been shunned by my family since. The meek and amiable girl sought to be a brave explorer of a brand new world.
Searching to recreate my life, my path took me from exploring repressed bisexuality in the swinging lifestyle scene, practicing ethical non-monogamy in various configurations, being initiated into the tantric arts, healing through extensive plant medicine work, and repairing and reprogramming my authenticity and confidence to live life my way.
After decades of diving deep into healing and wide into amorous adventures, I’ve shed insecurity, relational trauma, and societal conditioning of who I should be and how I should love and live. I’ve come home to myself, my truth, my sexuality, and the divinity of my desires.
Today, I live as an international nomad and currently reside minutes from a paradise beach in Mexico. The people I most admire seek me out to reflect the bare bones truth about their intimacy blocks and relating patterns, and non judgmentally call them forth into the greatest version of who they can be.
As an Intimacy & Relating Coach, I hold space for others to reclaim their sensual sovereignty, embrace their shadows and insecurities, redefine a new way to be naked with others, and create a passionate and harmonious life that feels more free and possible.
